I can't even begin to count the times I have ran into Affirming the Consequent or Ad Feminam/Hominam. At the heart of being a science is not the manner in which you preform your testing nor is it in the labels you give; it's in logic well played and fallacies well avoided.

They utilize the phrase "unshared perception" which, for auditory/visual/sensory/and other phenomena, is pretty damn rad.
